Gagan Mehta

Executive Vice President of Operations, Asia

Gagan oversees Everise and Globee’s customer experience operations in Asia as well as spearheads efforts in Malaysia and in the Philippines—where he’s been based for almost a decade.

Driven by overcoming challenges and delivering years of proven results in leading teams, change management, strategy and business transformation, he is equipped with a deep knowledge in the business process outsourcing and services industry. Gagan oversees C3 and Globee’s customer experience operations in Asia as well as spearheads efforts in Malaysia and in the Philippines—where he’s been based for almost a decade.

Gagan began his work in the Philippines as the Senior Director of process transformation company, Sutherland Global Services, for over four years. Shortly after, he was engaged with global business services company, Covergys—now Concentrix— and stood as its the Senior Director of Operations for two years, and later as its Vice President of Operations.

Prior to that, his career took off as team leader for Wipro’s outsourcing arm and later as an assistant manager for transitions and quality at Tesco, India. He returned to Wipro right after as the manager for roughly two years before departing to the Philippines. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from IHM, Goa and a diploma in Retail from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

During his free time, Gagan is an avid cricketer and plays every weekend.
