Ryosuke Yamada is an Operations Manager at GBJ Services, a sister-site to Globee, a multilingual hub based in Malaysia. He is a driven individual that is passionate about delivering reliable customer experience and project assurance.

Before his current position, Ryosuke’s CX vocation started at Chuman Gaukin as a Vice Principal and was responsible for managing two private schools. Upon that, he continues to build his career as a customer service representative at Docomo Support, Netflix, TDCX and Alorica.

Over his eight years of extensive experience, Ryosuke has successfully launched a new CS site to hire and manage 100 plus headcounts within a year.
